Timeline - Sept. '09 - 230 lbs, Nov. 19th '09 - 210(See profile pic), Feb. 6th '10 - 185lbs/7.8% bodyfat (see profile pic, this is the actual date in my after shot). I am 5'10" and 27 years old. I was athletic in high school but have never done the diet thing till now, and have NEVER been this cut. I did that hydroxycut hardcore stuff for a month, it definitely gave me a boost in my runs. I went from not working out ever to working my way up to 5 days a week. I essentially cut all soda, beef, late night meals, dairy, anything remotely sweet, and added lots of eggs, lean turkey, and protein shakes. Well that all changed in Febuary when I lost my job and I am struggling to keep up a productive diet/excerise routine(my gym was at work). I have been eating canned tuna/chicken, old fashioned oats, peanut butter, protein powder(already had it, about to run out) and pretty much whatever I can get my hands on thats free :). I am finally working again so I can afford just a TINY bit more, so I am looking for a poor mans diet. Also any advice on loose skin. At my biggest I was 240 lbs and got stretch marks on the belly, but I lost weight so fast apparently the skin around my lower stomach just does not wanna stick, you can kinda see in my after picture I have a pooch going on. I have bulked up in the arms and back a bit since the profile pic. Any links to some good reading would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I should add that 7.8% bodyfat number was determined by a trainer at my workplace who did the 7 point pitch thing. I was lean everywhere except my lower stomach :(

so ur on a budget...

ur gonna have to buy bulk... im thinking whole chickens for like 3 bucks a pop.. that's anywhere from 200-300g protien per chicken based upon size and 1800 calories.. ur gonna have to go bulk.. whats your location? u in the us?
