When rotating shoots, new areas tend to be very painful. Is there anything that can be done to reduce, eliminate the pain?

I heard once that by running the needle under warm / hot water it may help. Is that correct?

ice cube on the site before the shot shoul;d stop your pain

running the syringe not the needle will warm the oil and make the injection a lot smoother. after you need to massage the area for 3-5 minutes trying to disperse the oil

You can just run the vial under warm water if you are worried about making the needle unsterile. Just make sure to dry it off, and clean off the stopper with alcohol.

i heat a small cup of water in the microwave for a minute or so and drop the vial in it to soak (after i take it out of the microwave of course) that helps with thinning it out and the pain

what size pins are you using? i used to 22 and now i use 25 and have no problems

yes many people freeze the needle, I think most people began doing this with redihect sust

i think a little pain is to be expected every now and then .thats
could be were that saying came from "no pain no gain" i think alot of my painful injections come from my own dumb ass moveing the pin around to much

Almost every injection is painful for me (after a day or so), and i am not squeemish or a pussy. I am shooting T400 in my glutes and i tried my quad...ONCE. Although i now have to try somewhere else because my grlfriend is starting to ask about the lumps, ahem 'muscle' on my ass! My next site is gonna be my delts, i hope that i can still move them when i am done!
