Routine

How often should you switch routines.

I am currently on a Anabolic workout and was told I shouldn't do it too long going natural. My cousin has a bottle of winstrol ready to give me, but I've decided on goin natural...at least for now after some advice from you guys.
My current workout is as follows

Day1: Chest, Biceps
Day2: Rest/Cardio
Day3: Thighs
Day4 Rest/Cardio
Day5 Shoulder, Triceps
Day6 Rest/Cardio
Day7 back, Calves
Day 8 REST

I do 3 to 4 workouts per muscle at 2-3 sets with anywhere from 6-8 reps.
I shoot for my 8th rep being muscle failure.

How long should I do this routine before switching to another one? Is there anything I should change?

I say that I'm going Natural because I hear some routines are made specifically for people on Gear....They can work out muscles more intensely. They may need to eat more. By saying that I am goin natural for now, i'm giving someone the correct information about me so they can give me the correct information. I don't want someone giving me some work out thats going to make me end up overtraining thinking I'm on Test, Dbol, and winnny and been hitting the gym for years. But thanks for whatever that was supposed to be.

everybody eventually overtrains whether u are natural or not....workout principles are all the same bro.

IMO stick w\ a routine and make sure you make progress and when u start to feel drained and fatiqued all the time joints hurt dehydration etc then take some time off to recover nd then come back nice and strong.

best of luck

great post

A routine is a routine...as simple as that. the only thing that changes if u are on gear is your recovery and protein synthesis

if this is your first time that you are working out all i can say is keep things simple. you dont need to complicate things but looking for 'anabolic' workouts ect ect

you need to lift, eat and rest

no offense was directed towards you but you need to realise ppl are on here to get the best out of there body and training. it doesnt make u a lesser person if you are on gear or natural
