It seems like they take an unusually long time to package and ship stuff. I ordered Tuesday (Feb. 13) and it was shipped out on the 19th (6 days). I guess I've become accustomed to websites that package and ship it the next day. Luckily, I ordered this a few weeks in advance of when I'll need it, so it'll still be here in time.
They have good prices and they seem to offer some good products, but just make sure you order it a little before you'll need it.
