running in the morning

if you run in the morning before eating and all that, do you lose less muscle? and from what i hear moderate pased consistant running is best for conserving muscle...this true?
 
is it possible to go from like 15% BF to 9 or 10 % without dieting? as long as your diet isn't all fucked...as long as your eating pretty clean... ?
and also my first question....!
 
Cardio without dieting gives less results than if you did it with dieting.

Try and see. If it doesnt work try something else. I know lots of fat asses that do lots of cardio but are still fat. Its mostly diet.
