S*H*I*T Jacked my knee, need early PCT help from a knowledgeable source... Thanks!!!

So here it is. This is my first cycle and I am doing
125mg of Sustanon (sust) every three days
15mg of Dbol a day.
I have taken 4 shots up to today (500mg total). I aggravated the knee I had surgery on and am going to be down for a couple weeks so am going to stop here since I am still in the 2nd week and save my gear for later.
My question...
What should my post cycle therapy (pct) be if any? I have plenty of Nolva and Clomid on hand. Need some advise please, THIS BLOWS!!!

ur not really running that much i'd say run some nolva 4 about 2 weeks and you should be fine maybe 20mg's a day 4 a week

Should I start the Nolva now? Or should I wait for a couple weeks, I wouldn't imagine that my blood levels have stabilized at a higher level yet, so I would not think that the wait period would really apply... What do you think?
