saving money on food. protein

I see a lot of people that are either in school or something trying to save money on protein. 1 thing you could try that will be elementary to a lot of the senior guys here is weighing out your food. This way you're only eating exactly what you need and not what you cooked send you can save the leftovers for your next meal. This will also of course help you with your macros.

I do not see a savings on meats that those store. Tuna cans yes. Boneless chicken and pork or ground beef.... if it's 1, 99 I am buying 8- 10 lbs...... and one is always 1.99. They I weigh it into 8oz servings and put into Tupperware from dollar store.

True. But I noticed that at Sam's Club, that they'll put an orange sticker on certain meats if it has not sold and almost out-of-code. In those cases it is much cheaper than Sam's normal price and still yet cheaper than other grocers. I've bought chicken and lean beef that way before.

Yeah, I buy large quantities of chicken and beef from that place. I get strange looks from other customers, they think I am having some sort of party or barbecue because of all the food. Nope, it all for me!!!

lol same, i filled a whole cart up with ONLY chicken and beef patties. the lady asked me if i lived at a frat house lol
