Scared to leave the house....

I started a cutting diet. I started monday and since then I have been in the bathroom alot more than usual. So much that I am scared to leave my house. Here is what I been eating.


Meal 1 - 2 whole eggs/5 egg whites, 2 pieace wheat toast.

Meal 2 - Whey protein shake after workout with some fruit. Strawberry's and half a banana.

Meal 3 - Tuna fish on wheat bread

Meal 4 - Same as meal 1

Meal 5 - Usually 2 pieace's of chicken with veggies.

Meal 6 - Protein shake before bed.


Is it my body getting use to the intake of all the protein?
 
Hi Heres some adjustments:

Meal 2 - Whey protein isolate shake(50 grams) after workout with some fruit. Strawberry's and half a banana.

Meal 3 - Chicken 7 oz salad with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp vinegar

Meal 4 - Whey protein isolate shake(50 grams) with 1 tbsp almond butter

Meal 5 - 7 oz salmon with salad and 1 tbsp olive oil and one tbsp vinegar and spices

Meal 6 - Whey protein isolate shake(50 grams) before bed.

Here are some reasons why your stomach might not feel well:

1. Are you using a quality whey protein isolate ?
2. Are you lactose intolerant?
 
Yeah it does have soy in it. I been talking Wellements Pro blend 55 for years and it has never given me a problem. I just started ON whey and it messed me up.

i suggest you try the APW isolate.. 29g of yummy protein :):laugh3:
