Schredders summer training journal

So, I've gone back and forth on whether or not I was going to do another log. And ive come to the conclusion that if a log of my training for the next 20 weeks will help out even one person then why the hell not. So here we go again. 2015 summer bulk, Schredder style.

The past 12 or so weeks have been great. Ive managed to keep every pound i gained from my last blast and actually put one more pound on my frame. So i will be entering this at 230lbs. I took the past 12 weeks as a time to just eat whatever the hell i wanted, and although there was some junk consumed DAILY, I did obviously pay attention to getting in healthy fats, protein and carbs. I spaced out rest time between training sessions a bit more and I only hit one, two body parts MAX per session and I will be sticking to this for a while as I find its working for me right now. There will some new techniques ive learn explained and some out of the ordinary methods explined as well. It gonna be a big mash up of thing Ive learn from the three guys I study.....Ben Pakulski, Dennis James, Milos Sarcev.

Rest days will be taken whenever I feel like taking them, no schedule for that. And nutrition will be as it always is when its go time......on point. I dont count macros as I dont beleive in that but just as a rough estimate, per day I will be going into this at 200-250 protein/500 carbs/150 fat, and adjusting carbs based on what the mirror tells me. And by adjusting I mean lowering if I need to. Some days ill eat less, some days more depending on what Ive done Physically and how I feel. I will from time to time post daily food intake and actually add the damn macros up to give you guys an idea how i eat!

Supplements involved this time around are as follows....

Test/Deca/Mast/Dbol kicker (all AML products) (doses arent posted as i dont want beginners to get the wrong idea, but they are moderate, feel free to PM if you are curious)
Adex
Cilais
MultiV
VitC
Echinacea
Liv52
NAC
Protein Isolate from time to time
Creatine
Taurine

So stay tuned in, subbed in and it starts tomorrow with a shoulder session.

Train hard.

You may want to move this into the "my steroid cycle" section so it gets the views that it deserves man.

Subbed. Kill that shit!

Killing it is exactly whats gonna happen!!

You grow while I shrink - sounds good :D

The tables have turned!! Haha :)

What the heck man your gonna rip out of your skin your already too shredded!

Thats the plan brother!!

Good to see all you guys here. Im already a week in so im gonna give it ine more week and then step on the scale to see whats happening. But theres growth already from the Dbol. Its been a while since Ive ran Dbol and man this stuff is awesome!

Mate, I'm curious to know your Adex dosing protocol with those compounds... care to share?

For sure. While Im running the Dbol Ill be dosing it at .25ED and once I stop the Dbol im going to drop it to .25EOD. By that time the Mast will be in full swing and act as a mild 2nd AI on top of the Adex. Ive ran Mast many times now and it absolutely helps! By no means would it be effective as a stand alone AI but it does help when paired with Adex.

Cheers buddy, although I'd like to know your secret to splitting those tiny Adex tabs in 4 - I struggle splitting them in halves!
Anymore, and it's a powderfest!

Before I get into todays shoulder workout I want to start by say that for the past 12 weeks, I have done something that you normally wouldn't think would make a guy grow but having done so I can tell you that it has, for me at least. I spent the last 12 week re learning every single movement on every exercise. I dropped the weights significantly on everything and focused on performing them biomechanically correct and with 100% proper form. And what happened? I grew. I actually gained a pound and my muscles have never been so round. I hardly experienced any muscle soreness after my workout which was something I wasn't used to but having done this I can tell you that having your muscles in a lot of pain the day after or two days after your workout is not benefiting anything. If fact I suspect it is hindering gains. This is a perfect example that the weight on the bar has nothing to do with whether or not you will grow or stimulate muscles.

So heres what I did today (Im not going to post weight because that irrelevant and much to complicated for me to remember)

Seated side laterals 5 sets with the last set being a NOS set (neurological overload set) which consist of 4 drops with a 20% decrease in weight each drop
BB military press 4 set drop set on last set
Narrow grip upright rows 3 sets
BB shrugs 3 sets then into one NOS set with DBs
Reverse cable crossovers 3 sets
High cable pulls with straight bar supersetted with bent over reverse flys 3 sets each

Seated calve presses supersetted with standing bodyweight calve raises 4 set each (no rest during these exercises right from one to the next until I was done, no rest)

The pump was intense today, my shoulders looked so full and round it was unreal, thanks to proper form and focusing on squeezing and stretching the muscle. And of course Dbol, man this stuff is awesome, a week in and I already look like a different person.

I think tomorrow is going to be a good day for arms. The last little while arms never had their own day, so now I need to put some size on them so a day for arms seems like a great idea.
