Quake 10.0 Directions:
As a dietary supplement, mix 2-4 scoops with 8-16 ounces of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed more than 4 scoops in a 7 hour period and do not exceed more than 8 scoops daily. Start with the lowest dose, in order to assess tolerance.
