Seeing an "Anti-Aging" Doctor for Growth Hormone, Hypothyroism & Low Test Levels

-Age 20, Hair starting to go at the sides creating the "M" head shape look..(doesn't run in the family at all), Short 5"9, Hardly no body hair

I have Hypothyroidism (Underactive)
My Levels Started at
-12.63* FT4 11.0
So i was put on 50mcg of Thyroxine by a GP
It went down to
-7.21*
After 6months it went back up to for no reason at all..(Unless it was due to steroids)
-13.60* FT4 15.0
I can sleep for 10hours and feel like i haven't slept for 2days
So i am going to see the Anti-aging doctor about this because they have a fair idea about Thyroids more then other doctors. (GP)
I am going to tell her straight out.. the reason i haven't increased the dosage is because i am worried i will loose muscle without Anabolics.

This is the reason i had obesity through my childhood, i would eat a pie/whopper/cheese burger and seem to gain half a kilo overnight.. i was 115kg at age 14 and i couldn't fit into my school shirts.. my mother had to start buying me plain shirts without logos because school only carried children sizes..

I was at the point were i wanted to killmyself, so i started thinking about a girl i really wanted to date and i started exercising and i lost 45kg..(I never got to date her)
For this reason i am now suffering from Fat that i cannot loose around my upper-chest/Abdominal/lats area and loose skin at the lower abdominal region.
its a like a 2inch layer of fat that doesn't seem to disappear, even at a bodyfat % of 8..
Im never going down to 8% bodyfat again because i look anorexic
Calipers are not a accurate way for me to measure bodyfat either.
I take pictures, this way i can see how much fat i really need to loose

My Testosterone is 7.4, Free Androgen Index of 39, Free Testosterone of 173.0
(This is lower then a 15 year olds and the Value of a 90 year old i think)
My doctor told me my testosterone levels were through the roof and he asked me if i was taking steroids (i told him that i wanted to get my testosterone levels done to see why my results in the gym are so slow) and he probably thought i was going to use steroids to begin with.
I think this was his way to keep me off steroids/HRT
This is my completely Natural Testosterone, The only thing i was taking is protein powder & N.O xplode at the time.
As i said COMPLETELY Natural, the only thing i did was smoke weed in highschool which i think might have caused me to have low test.

Since then, i have done a cycle of Winstrol/EQ/Primo

From the 3 compounds (yes i know it was a silly idea with no TEST, i have learned alot since then)
My levels whilst on cycle were increased to
Test 22.1, SHGB 11, Calculated Free Test 644, Free Androgen Index 200.9

This is still pretty low considering i was taking steroids (low dosages is the reason)
The Doctor again asked me if i was on steroids and i lied to his face and laughed and said no.. He is a jerk and i am not going back to him.
Since My Last blood test i was on steroids.. and the Ester of it is still in my system for another month or two (EQ) and i am getting ready for PCT
She probably wont be all that interested in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) (or she will call me crazy for using it)
As i am going to see her next week (My EQ) will be in my system the 20th is when i start my PCT

From what you guys have read..
What are the chances the doctor would give me HGH to help me grow my hair back (possible thyroid issue), Increase my quality of life, Help tighten loose skin and loose abdominal/chest fat and help me keep the muscle i might loose with if i start taking higher dosages of thyroid tablets.

I suffer from the following things
-Hair loss
-Body fat doesn't go away
-Emotional Stablity
-Stress
-Attiudude of life sucks because im always tired and lethargic
-Memory is shocking, I cant remember things that i have done with friends and they always ask me how the fk i forgot.
-Tired, Feel like i haven't slept for 2days
-Mood Swings
-Forgetful
-Fat but not overweight, skinny fat
-Aches in the back from a curved back from being overweight, i had to leave work because of it.. It gets inflamed and then cortisol gets released and i start stressing out.
-Loose Skin
-Less Strength and No Stamina at all
-Sleeping Difficulties

I think that's enough evidence to get me HGH and my thyroid issues corrected and even possible HRT, as i am going to mention i used anabolic steroids because all the doctors kept telling me my testosterone was high even know i know that it isn't..

What can i say if SHE disagrees with me.. If i turned around and said that i will come see her once every 2months she might consider it?

She is a woman, if that changes anything (a Man would probably tell me to MAN up..)
A woman might give me some HGH ^^

I am going to start off with:
"The reason i have come to you is because other doctors don't seem to care about my issues"

What do you guys honestly think will happen?

Tips/Ideas are VERY welcome

I would take one thing at a time and not rush into anything. First I would tackle the issue of the underactive thyroid. You say you are unwilling to increase the Thyroxine medication for fear of losing muscle but then again you are complaining of:

-Hair loss
-Stubborn body fat
-Mood Swings
-Poor outlook on life because you are extremely lethargic
-Poor sleep
-Forgetfulness
- Etc, etc

All of those symptoms are classic symptoms of hypothyroidism and/or hypogonadism. Having said that, I haven't heard of people losing muscle while on replacement thyroxine. In some cases, not all, testosterone levels reached normal levels while treating hypothyroidism. Here's on study:

Testicular dysfunction in men with primary hypothyroidism; reversal of hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism with replacement thyroxine

OBJECTIVE Primary hypothyroidism can cause disturbances in normal gonadal function. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship in men between hypogonadism and primary hypothyroidism and the extent to which free and total testosterone levels rose after introduction of replacement thyroxine.

DISCUSSION We conclude that primary hypothyroidism can induce a state of hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism in men that is reversible with thyroxine replacement therapy. A derangement of gonadotrophin secretion must be present and could be due to either a direct effect of hypothyroidism on the hypothalamus or pituitary, or mediated by perturbations of prolactin levels. Importantly, some of the clinical manifestations of primary hypothyroidism in men may be due in part to a reduction in free testosterone. Further evaluation of this potential clinical interaction would require a controlled trial of androgen replacement in the hypothyroid state. However, the data support the resolution of hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism with thyroxine replacement and restoration of normal thyroid function.

Now, initially the thyroxine helped at first but for some unknown reason your TSH values increased. I would talk to the doctor about trying dessicated thyroid medication. With hypothyroidism, the problem is a lack of T3 (triiodothyronine). Doctors medicate with replacement thyroxine (T4). The idea is that the extra T4 will then convert into T3 in the body. However, some people have a hard time converting for reasons like poor liver function or poor digestion (since T3 is synthesized in the liver and intestines.) Dessicated thyroid or Armour Thyroid has a combination of thyroxine and triiodothyronine in it.

I don't think you'll have look obtaining a script for HGH unless your IGF-1 levels are low.

Yeah your right mate.
I'm going to send my 50year old mother who needs to look young for her job to go and get it for me.

There is no way that she should refused a 50year woman who is a flight hostess.
Immune System issues from flying on closed air systems on planes, and constant stress of travel.
-She gets sick alot
-Putting on weight ever since she started flying
-Difficult to exercises

I think my mother has a pretty good chance.

I'm still debating over and over if my mother or I should go.
I want my Thyroid checked out.. but i really want HGH for the benefits of it so badly
and i need to tell her about my steroid usage because of my Low test levels before.
