Sending Blood from the UK to US Labs

UK lab fees are extortionate - it costs in the region of $200 at most private clinics simply for total T and E2 levels to be run.

US labs offer these massively more cheaply. I was wondering, would a blood sample survive a few days in transit via first class air mail, if properly packaged? I'm not sure if this is contravening some regulation on the sending of bodily substances to be honest, but if it was workable, it'd enable me to get my bloodwork run much more often.

Cheers

I live in Ireland, And although our TRT treatment is as backward thinking as the UK the bloods run from the GP are very cheap.
We do pay for GP visits but my bloods run by the nurse are €20, I get the results within a week and get a printed copy for myself.
Now i let her know what bloods i want to run, So far there has been no issue with the following.
LH / FSH/ Prolactin / Estradial( don't think anyone over here does sensitive) Test / SHBG / DHEA / PSA / CBC'S / TSH / Free T3/ T4.
Now i had seen a useless endo who went down the gel path which lets say is not the treatment for me that i see every 4 mths.
