Lots of quality FOODs is the only real weight gainer I've been satisfied with. Much better 4 u 2. Just keep eating thru out the day and drink about 1 gallon of milk per day. Lots of meats, carbs, veggis, nuts, peanutbutter(natural is best), eggs, cottage cheese....stuff like that has helped me put on more muscle then anything else. Try it. Put your $$ to good use and spend it at the grocery store instead of GNC
