shedding the pounds

I have dropped 30 pounds last year but my diet and work out alone have not helped me recently. I have been stuck on 295 lbs for 4 months now and it's been up and down by 5 pounds here and there. I am 30 6'0" 295 lbs I dont know my body fat but no one believes I weigh 295 they always assume I am 250-260 my own doctor didn't believe me until she put me on a scale so I do wear extra pounds well but due to my high blood pressure and just me wanting to feel better about the way I look I have been trying to drop weight and my goal is to just lose as much as I possibly can until may or june. I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on any steroids I could possibly use to help, I know no 1 wants to hear it but my biggest issue is my drive ane energy. no matter how much I work out or vitamins and b12 I take I just never have the energy. any information would greatly be appreciated, I am thinking about retaining a nutritionest as well because all I really did was cut out sugery drinks and sweet food as well as fast food from my diet.

I would for sure check out a diet plan and your work out plan change it up a little as to throw off your body. Those are to huge things because there is no magic pill. Once thats in order you might look into backing it up with clen , t3, ECA. But honestly you just are going to have to do a lot more research because cutting can vary so much between different people and I wouldn't even consider gear til you have done that.

I have no thyroid issues, I tried to take clen pills once but I stopped in my second week because of an increased heart rate and my temperature raising to 100°.

Increased heart rate and increased temp are normal...

Anyways, I would recommend a blood test before considering the use of anything. Also, I would highly advice against steroid use if you have a lot of body fat. The side effects are far greater for those who carry more body fat, and you have to make sure you understand how to control those. If an increased hr and temp steered you away from clen, then I would suggest a dietitian only, because I think you would have some serious commitment issues with steroids, and those are not so easy to back away from.

Dropping weight is easy if you are a driven/motivated person with a proper diet (and your blood work shows no problems). 3J is a member here as well as a sponsor, and is a renowned nutritionist who has changed peoples' lives countless times. He can get you on the path you are looking for.

I assume your diet is calorie-reduced, but to what extent? The reason I ask is cause if its too low your body changes into calorie saving mode cause it thinks you are starving.

Have you looked into the Bodybugg? This has been a great start for people who are not sure what their initial body burn is from day to day. It will calculate this as you wear the arm band and log into their program. Then you can also use this to set up a proper diet to safely reduce your calorie intake. It is my understanding that a cal reduction of 500 per day from your known calorie burn is best. If you don't really know what that is, you are just guessing.
