Six star anabolic shake

My friend is taking this six star "muscle building shake" and it says its anabolic and has a shitload of ingredients in it...i was just wondering are any of these ingredients considered pro hormones or trigger GH release? if not then what makes this an "anabolic shake" and would there be any sides you could think of??

i have posted a link to the ingredients from six stars website below..i guess what i am wondering the most is what this shake REALLY does?

Its just weight gainer. Anything that supports a muscle building process is "anabolic", although the term is used rather loosely.
