Smash my Diet

just made up a bit of a bulking diet...here it is

Meal 1
684 calories, 23 grams of carbs, 23 grams of fat and 120 grams of protein


3 1/2 cups of lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
Meal 2
405 calories, 56 grams of carbs, 11 grams of fat and 24 grams of protein


1 1/4 cups of 2% Milk
2 ounces of dried cooked beans
1 Breakfast bar
1 cup, spinach, cooked
Meal 3
216 calories, 3 grams of carbs, 4 grams of fat and 44 grams of protein


1 scoop of Whey Protein Powder
3 ounces of lean baked ham
3/4 ounce of mozzarella fat free cheese
1 1/2 cups of low calorie gelatin
Meal 4
595 calories, 67 grams of carbs, 18 grams of fat and 44 grams of protein


6 ounces low fat sausage
1 1/4 cups of 1% Milk
2 cups asparagus, cooked, chopped
1 cup of frozen yogurt, vanilla, soft serve
Meal 5
627 calories, 5 grams of carbs, 19 grams of fat and 108 grams of protein


1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
7 1/2 ounces of Beef, ey round roast, roasted
5 whole eggs, boiled, scrambled or poached
1/2 ounce of dry roasted peanuts
Meal 6
534 calories, 68 grams of carbs, 13 grams of fat and 30 grams of protein


2 cups, skim milk
1 1/2 Waffles, plain
1 ounce of turkey sausage
TOTALS
3061 calories, 210 grams of carbs, 96 grams of fat and 370 grams of protein

these are rough estimates

i currently weigh around 85kg.

PLease voice ur opinions whether good or bad. any help is very appreciated

This doesn't look half bad, the best way to make a bulking diet work is to make it enjoyable. It can be difficult to eat so much food if it seems like a chore. I prefer whole milk to skim, I find it easier to digest and it has more calories that I need when bulking. Also whenever I get the chance I throw in a protein bar or some beef jerky as a snack.

The other question is how tall are you? what is your weight in pounds? We are backassward here in the States and we do not use kg. What bodyfat percentage are you dealing with?
 
hows your digestion with all that protein? dont see too much fibre, and sooner or later YOU WILL PAY. well maybe not, but if i take in too much protein, im not only on the shitter all day, but i drop the most rank bombs. try some metamucil in your shakes, help with digestion. ive heard that the most your body can digest of protein in one sitting is about 50gms, depending on your weight. not too sure about this but it makes sense. only other comment, thats a lot of protein!
 
thanks for ur advice...i no what u mean about the next day but so far i havent experinced that. do u think that i have structured it well? does it have a good grounding and potential?

for bulking, it looks pretty good...hehehe...a lot of the food choices wouldn't be my choices but you'll certainly put some weight on with it.
I don't see any good fats in there really either. Try adding in a couple tablespoons of some good fat such as Udo's Oil. This will bump up your calories nicely too. :)
 
personally, thats quite a bit for me, but listen to your body. if youre getting stomach problems, then curb consumption. its a good amount to gain weight, but im not sure how much is going down the toilet. if you find youre going to the jon more often, and its unpleasant, then cut down. well, in your case, better to get too much then too little, especially if you want to gain mass.
 
120 grams of protein in one shot!!!!
