Let me give ya'll a quick little bio.
19yr
5 11'
190 bf aprox low-mid teens
Currently on a 3 bottle cycle of PP 1ttren
3 years lifting 1 1/2 of which have been for BB

Now the diet;
BF;whey(isolate)+oatmeal aprox 25-35g pro and 25-35carbs
before lunch snack; ham/jerky/2tbps of PB with apple or some kind of fruit.( depending on the day determines what I have for snack whether it be the jerky or ham or PB) Around 20-25g protein and some fruit/veggie to help regulat fiber intake
Lunch; Chicken/fish/red meat aprox 5-8oz. with either 1cup brown rice/pasta/beans OR 2 slices whole wheat bread
PreWO; PB&J with lots of peanut butter
PWO; 2 1/2 scoops whey(gainer) aprox 25-35g pro and 30-45g carbs
Dinner; white/red meat 8-14oz with big serving of what ever type of carbs are on the dinner table. typically patatoes/yams/rice/brown rice/pasta/beans/if there aren't any I'll have 2 slices whole wheat
After dinner snack; 6-8 eggs whites
Night time shake; 1 scoop whey(isolate) 1 1/2 scoops caesin(isolate) for about 40-45g protein

I like the weight I'm at now but I feel like my BF is a little bit high. I'd like to see a little less of a gut with more abs but I don't want to sacrifice the carb's if it'll mean my muscles wont have enough carbs for growth. Does this look like a solid diet? I spent most of my time as a newbie enthralling myself in the steroid profiles and any info I could get on the juice, but I realize diet plays a much/equal role as steroids do in BB. I'm really looking to put on muscle mass/increase measurements and not just overall weight gain. I'm totally open to suggestions and would love ya'll to critique!

your cals are too high if you'd like to lose a little weight. drop your carbs to 40g for breakfast (~3/4c oatmeal), 40g pre-wo (1c brown rice), 40 pwo (fruit, etc.). limit your fat intake to ~15g per sitting and don't take in fat with your carb meals. limit your protein to 40g per sitting. aim for a daily intake of 120g carb, 65g fat, 280g protein, should put you right around 2kcal. you have to start measuring everything and quit guessing. bring in 45 min cardio before breakfast 5 days a wk. the most important thing is managing your carbs, if you cant do that, you dont deserve to lose weight.

Thanks for the input dude. Unfortunatly morning time cardio before breakfest might not be doable. I'm trying to manage the carbs a little bit more. Besides that does that seem like a solid diet/foundation? bump.

You can't have your cake and eat it too man. If you want to gain, gain. If you want to cut, cut. It really comes down to the fact that you can't do both unfortunately.

I'd do a fall/winter bulk cycle, then a spring/summer cut cycle.

Cutting is easier with more muscle mass, at least for me.
