I think it's both unfortunately. Mostly the former.
Yeah. That is unfortunate. Glad you're still around. I'll just periodically try to stir conversation. Perhaps at some point traffic will return and people will take advantage of the resource. It's nice to share with one another. Doctors either don't know about this stuff or they won't talk about it. That leaves us to share with each other for real world results.
