Starting my first cycle looking for advice

So I've read through a lot of the threads and know you guys like to know background and purpose of why I want to start doing AAS. So here we go I am 25 have been going to the gym for 5 years was pretty active before that but also very skinny back then 6'1" and 155 in high school now up to 175lbs. Took a lot of weight gainers and then finally hitting the weight room helped a lot. Did wrestling and all that, was fairly good. Now I am in good physical shape and feel great. I have a good diet, even though I know I need to eat a little more to get the gains I want and am in the process of changing that. Main reason I want to do this is to get some more gains all around to be in even better physical shape. Yes basically I want to get the body I won't have until I am 28 or 30 sooner. I am not doing it to be a bodybuilder or things like that just want to look and feel better faster. I do a lot of running as well which is one of my questions, should I stop running while I am doing my cycle?
Also I am getting my cycle from a friend of mine and I asked to start smaller just to get a feel for it to see if it is for me. My goal is to do a max of maybe three cycles in the next few years and then just keep my gains and look and feel good for the rest of my life. So here is the cycle he is recommending.

Sustenol 200 mg/w
Deca250mg/w

For a 10 week cycle
He also mentioned winstrol for cutting toward the end of the cycle.
I've done some research and was thinking of adding dbol at 10 mgs 4 times a day for the first 3-4 weeks. Was wondering what your thoughts where on that for someone who is just starting.
Also was considering a tri blend at 500mgs/w split through the week. And also with the dbol kicker? And also curious if I should be doing HCG and if yes how much and when?

On such a small cycle will I need anything for gyno or does that mainly happen with larger cycles? And what would I use?

And last I still need to get the pct stuff which from my research would be
Nolva 20mg/2xd and clomid 50mg/2xd for a week after and then half that for two more weeks.

I do appreciate any feedback good or bad just figured I'd ask where the experience is and all of you had a first cycle once so I'm sure there is a lot of knowledge about to come my way. Thank you.
 
Alright I am going to start by addressing the first thing that I notice wrong. You are running test and deca for your first cycle. You should stick to test only so that you know how your body will react to a compound that you will be running in every cycle. You need to run the sust at least at 500mg wk. Your pct protocol is a bit off also. Read the sticky's and then come back and write up a better cycle. I have faith in you. Pay special attention to the parts that talk about aromatase inhibitors and hcg. Forget all of that tri blen shit for now. The only blend you should be messing with is the sust that you have on hand.

No problem bud. Just make sure that you have all the things on hand before starting. Since you already got the deca and dbol just save it for your second cycle. Just pick up more sust and you will make great gains from the cycle. I would recommend adex as your aromatase inhibitor, and read up on the hcg and decide whether you want to incorporate it into the cycle. I would use the hcg, but some skip on it. PCT should run for 4 weeks. 6'1" and 175 is a little on the lighter side to start using steroids but some people have thin bone structures and don't hold mass well. Get pre cycle blood work done if your country allows it.
 
Alright just spent all that time reading and getting a head ache. But gaining a ton of knowledge. First off thank you for still replying to posts like mine where I obviously did not take the time to be smart and read the stickys. Just that advice from you guys probably saved me from making some huge mistakes. That being said I obviously am still completely new to this and decided to take possibly another month to make sure my training and diet are on point and also to do the blood work. But here is what I came up with for my 10week cycle

10w sustenol 250mg 2xW
11w Hcg 250mg 2xW
12 w arimidex.25mg eod
14 days after last injection clomid 50/50/50/50
And same time nolvadex 40/20/20/20

Pretty much copy pasted that off of the stickys I know. Couldn't help it they just made sense.

Only questions I still have that I couldn't find and maybe that's just because I've been reading for the past 8 hrs is I could not find anything substantial about sustenol? Maybe I was looking in the wrong places? Should I just drop that and get Test E instead? And also still curious about doing cardiovascular workouts from time to time, if I should or shouldn't?
 
Sustenol could possible also be called Sustanon. It is a blend of Test that has fast and slower acting esthers in it. You will start feeling the effects of it sooner than Test E or C.

IMO cardio should be out if you're trying to build muscle and mass. Your body won't use the food to build muscle. Not that you can't do cardio and not build muscle but at your current height and weight I wouldn't do any. Eat a lot more also, shakes and shit are all good but real food is 1000 X better.
 
Ok sounds good. But doing 250mgs Monday and Thursday is still correct sense it also has the slower esters right? And got it no cardio more food. Thank you for the help.
 
HOMEWORK HOMEWORK HOMEWORK, also, be patient bro, definitely don't under estimate test either, test is very effective ran alone, on a good diet plan and working out hard. I've read about people saying to front load test, front load that, etc to get it to kick in faster also... Do not front load anything you haven't don't before.. What you do when cycling, if done wrong could seriously mess you up. Everytime I tried something for the first time I introduced it slowly to my body to see how I would react. Also, I don't see anyone mentioning blood work. This is what I did, I found myself an intelligent dr that deals with hormone replacement therapy, get blood work for liver, test levels, estradiol, prolactin, etc BEFORE, then 2 weeks after starting to properly adjust your AI ( arimadex is a good one) then halfway through cycle ( if all levels are good then no bloods till afterwards)... like anyone will tell you, pinning yourself is the easy part. IMO you should definitely do cardio, should you be running miles at a time? No, your heart rate will be very high burning muscle and fat. Which you don't want, I am cutting fat and seeing awesome muscle gains doing this:

Wake up drink water, go to gym ( on an empty stomach ) and do 20 mins of inclined walking 8-13 degrees depending on how high my Bpm is. For me 135-145 is right where I want to be.
Come home, eat 6 egg whites/ tuna/ blended fruits shake
-Snack Inbetween
-Brown rice, tuna or chicken

-Gym for lifting/ amino acid drink during/ stretch after/ powerade ( for sugar ) Protein shake ( 2 servings ) / animal pack vitamins/ milk thistle

Snack Inbetween lunch and dinner

Dinner no later then 6 ( which will be extremely low in carbs/ sugar/ fat)

REPEAT.
I'm on day 40 right now. I've lost 14.5lbs of straight fat, increased 2 inches on my arms, 3 on my quads, 4 on my upper body across chest, lost 3.5 on my waist.

I also do 5 mins of light walking before I workout on incline to get the blood flowing to my muscles.
I've had excellent results from following this everyday .

Awesome help guys I am very glad you all helped me out so much. I've been spending the time sense I posted this reading everything available on here and have learned a bunch, I have half a notebook filled with info now so feel much more confident about it. And Im sure I'll post more as I go to get advice. I'll be starting the cycle in 3 weeks, after I get the blood test done and my diet in check before hand. Also another question I have.

I work in the oil field and have very different hours usually at work for 20 hrs and then get 11 hrs off for sleep which is a rotating schedule so I never sleep the same time of day. Question is, does not having a regular sleep cycle mess with your body more than usual while on AAS?

First I want to say this ^^^^^^^ in short is the best advice said here. It does wrap up what you are being told in general and is what you'll learn to do as your plan when you get educated.

I say with all the posts being good now SLOW DOWN. Back off and let some of what you are hearing and reading sink in. You need to know the "WHY'S" and the "For what purposes", what will and can happen and what will not. Get it, a sound knowledge of what you are doing so if we were to ask you Q's you could answer them because you had read it (not by Bro-science) and were told on this board and backed by the majority of vets on here.

Learn that some things CAN be opinion and some are sound science. Some thing are for some and other things are not for some.

Remember that at first it is your diet and training knowledge and rest. Then you add aas and in the end it is your diet , training and rest. No magic pills or injections and nothing lasts forever without a lot of life long work. A marathon not a sprint. Good luck educating yourself and then onward. :wavey:
