Jars of what? I know Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) needs to be refrigerated after mixing but that's all I've had experience with that needs refrigerated. Usually you want to keep things unfrigerated and in the dark, or at least not sitting directly in the light. Maybe it's an old wives tale but that's what I've always been told and do.
