I include plain sweet peas or corn as a carb source in my meals. is the sugar in these bad? e.g. 500g peas = aprx. 65g carbs. it's not processed like candy, but does it matter.
Both are fine, just don't eat too much of either of them (like most things except meat). The corn would be a bigger concern, though since it's more carby and I would think higher GI. Just use moderation.
