Sugar in all fruit shakes

Support the troops!!!
I got a Jamba Juice all fruit shake yesterday and while I was waiting for my shake to be done, I took a look at a folder that listed the cals, carbs, sugars and such. I almost shit my self when I saw 110g sugar. Now is this "bad" sugar? The only ingredients in the shake are different fruit, natural juice and ice.

What's the deal? I'm trying to cut some fat and I'll be damned if I will drink this shit if it's bad for me.

Peace

110 grams of sugar is bad for anyone trying to cut, especially in one serving, regardless of the source.

well fruit contains fruitsugar so thats why. its maybe a little better for you then normal tablesugar but like gator said its gonna be bad for cutting.

Simple carbs are OK post-workout because the insulin spike is actually helpful. But the rest of the time you want to avoid simple carbs.
