why is it everytime I eat no matter how much i always crave sugar when Iam done....for example I ate 10 oz of steak, baked potato, borccoli, and a pice of whole wheat bread....but when I finish i still crave something sweet,.........can anyone help
 
its a bit weird since your blood sugar should be up after your meal, sooo.....

it could be since your taking in sub maintinence calories or even just low carb, both of which would cause your blood sugar to drop (the high protein will cause an insulin rush sucking carbs out of the blood which arent replenished by gastrointestinal absorption) or it could be a psychological thing (aka a sweet tooth)

whats your diet and training like? high/low calorie/carb? taking any insulin? any exercises which have a high post burn effect?
 
Sounds like a psychological thing. Avoid having sweets in the house. Any time you seem a sweet your brain is signalled by food ques. These are signals that cause you brain to crave sweet carbs. Try and each coplex carbohydrates more frequently throughout the day to maintain a steady blood sugar. When your blood sugar drops you will begin to crave carbs in a serious manner. You could also supplement you diet with some insulin regulators, such as Chromium Pilconate and AlA.
