supplements while on cycle

should balance protein btw food, supplement with shakes..food is the true anabolic...

i take these supps, try/research:, CLA, L glutamine, Multivitamin, B complex

research: HMB, Flax Seed Oil, Milk Thistle

some will tell you they dont do anything, then there is always the other side of the coin... flax seed, milk thistle are good for ya...the others are debateable
