Sust (Dividing in EOD)?

To use 500mg a week, how would I divide it EOD? Which days would be ideal?

I should draw 2/3 of it into the syringe Monday. Draw the remaining and open another and take 1/3 out for Wedn. And draw the last 2/3 on Friday right?
