Sustanon 250/equipoise stacked

Ok so I'm new to all this and the more posts and threads I read the more worried and such I get.

My buddy, who I think is retarded as of now, hooked me up with this......

All I have is
10Ml of Equipoise
10Ml of Sustanon 250

Taking 1ml each once a week.

pinned twice.

What about PCT and all that what else should I be doing. Some help would be nice, cause at this point my buddy is officially an idiot and knows less about it than I do and he has been doing it for a while.

I would stop immediately and do your research. Read the stickies on this forum. Do not do a cycle without have all items on hand including your PCT drugs. You will also need an AI while you are on your cycle.
