t3, how long in between use

Good question. I would like to know as well. T3 has worked well for me as far as clean energy is concerned but it only lasts for 2-3 hours. I typically take 25 mg/day.

I taper up to 100mcg every so often for cutting purposes ended my last cycle about 8-10 weeks ago and want to give it another run with clen and keto which I should all have by Friday

As in between runs?

I don't think I've ever really seen a concrete rule of thumb regarding cycling T3 as the thyroid bounces back really well. I can tell you that the longer you're on it, the better the overall results will be.

My .02c :)

You don't have to pyramid up the dose on T3 by the way, you can set it and forget it. Unless it's your first time of course, finding your tolerance is a good idea.

It would be my 3rd time, on paper the clen should prevent any catabolism, but we will see if I chisel it out or lose it all

Are you on at least a TRT dose of testosterone? Clen won't prevent catabolism from the T3. Just HOW catabolic it will be varies from person, but it's recommended to run test for the optimal results.

No I'm not on trt, I'm 230lbs at 10%bf and its just to big for me, I would like to weigh 215 at 5-6% bf
Once I conclude my keto/t3/clen im going to jump into a sus/mastron cycle

That's a lot of T3 without test, I just know I would hate sacrificing hard-earned muscle if I didn't have to.

I found this:

Thyroid Suppression
Let's start with the biggest misconception still around where T3 is concerned, that is suppression of natural thyroid output. I'm amazed that this drug has been used now for the past several years by literally thousands of athletes with few if any reported cases of thyroid shutdown yet the 1st thing someone says when a person asks about T3 is; it will shut down your natural thyroid and you'll be on T3 the rest of your life. Numerous studies have been done and show that cessation of exogenous T3 does not shut down your natural thyroid. The 1st study was done in 1951 by M. Greer (1) and showed that patients that were misdiagnosed as hypothyroidism that later had their medicine withdrawn showed no shutdown of their natural thyroid as their thyroid returned to normal within 2 weeks. His studies also showed that it didn't matter if the patients thyroid had been medically suppressed for 30 years or a few days they both returned to normal within two weeks.

Uhhhh, while I don't disagree that recovery is fairly certain, I know for a fact that my TSH drops to almost zero while on T3. No TSH, no T4 to T3 conversion AFAIK.

It def shuts down thyroid when you take it (provided your at hrt dosse or higher)it is just that thyroid function resumes very quickly after cessation. Thats a good thing.
I also wouldnt rely on clen at that high a dose of t3 to prevent muscle loss.
