Hey bros, whats up. I am currently under 14 weeks out from a contest, i am weighing in around 240-242 lbs. i have a sound nutritionist and diet, and good precontest stack going. What i am wondering though is T3 a good idea presontest or not? I know it can really start burning up too much muscle if ur not worried. So if u start comming in to a restricted calorie diet would it be unwise to use it? I was thinking about low doeses of it at teh first of the diet, but everytime i come off of T3 i have some kind of rebound effect and seem to put back on alot of water and some fat if i dont watch it. Anyways just wondering what some of u think especially ones that have used it precontest. Maybe i should just stick with clen and ECA stack?
