Talk about a hard to work diet....

Okay so I read a lot of the diet threads here and I have to say I wish I was a civilian to bodybuild better... You see, i'm in the army and my diet is really hit or miss, but it's not my fault. I live in quarters on base and the mess food is loaded with.. well who the fuck knows quite honestly. So heres my stats:
I'm 21, did 4 weeks of dbol at 40mg ED, am now using Sustanon (sust) 250 EOD. I am currently ~180 lbs and not sure body fat %. I definitely have a beer belly though (Told you I was in the army). The gains I have got so far (Still very early in the cycle) have been phenomenal! Now I have been trying for awhile to get rid of the fat. I hate running but I am doing it anyways, now my diet... I will explain:
Breakfast - small bowl of Cheerios, glass of oj/cranberry juice mix, tomatoe juice, couple eggs, beans and usually a yogurt.
Lunch - Very random. Sometimes a burger, sometimes pizza, fries, all the shit I want to stay away from but it's all they have. I load up on veggies and watermelon, anything I can get that makes me think I'm eating at least somewhat properly. More juice and some milk.
Dinner - Again very random, sometimes we will get chicken breasts or steak but again most of it is crap and I know it.
Thing is, I can't buy my own food because I live in quarters. My meal timings are ~0700 Breakfast, ~1130 Lunch, and ~1630 dinner. I workout 7days a week, different muscle group daily with cardio days saturday and wednesday. I don't know exactly what kind of advice I'm looking for just kind of wondering what you guys got for me. I want to cut, that's basicaly what I'm etting at but it's SO HARD where I am. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks!

Can you at least add snacks like nuts, beef jerky, and protein shakes? None of those require a refridgerator or preparation. If you could do that you, could get to 6 meals a day, which would make your mess-hall meals much smaller and thus limit your fried and high carbs foods. Also, I would limit the fruit juice drink more water and milk. I'm skeptical that a 21 year with a beer belly is even ready for aas though or even needs it yet. Good luck, hope you have post cycle therapy (pct) line up also.

hey bro

if you wanna cut the path is high protien low carbs and little fat , get yourself a good protien shake my choice is a 100% hydrolyzed WPI , work out your daily cals if you can along with your body mass index BMI from there you need to burn more cals than you consume, beer aint to good for cutting so give them a rest for a while if you can , cardio is the key running will do wonders a 20 minute session of interval training 3 times a week 1 hour jog 3 days a week will shred it , have you requested a special diet its always worth asking i reckon

I have a protein shake I just haven't really been taking it since I started using AAS. I can cut the beer out for now it's not like im an alcoholic.. you say 20 min session of interval training, what exactly do you mean? Like walk/run/walk/run? I think all I really have to do is run a lot more. If I run an hour or two a day I think I can get rid of it. I will post a pic later today and you guys can see what I mean. Thanks for all your suggestions!

Hey Bro

taking that protien is a must especially on cycle due to the increase in protien synthesis . interval training is lets an example sprint for 30 seconds walk 30 seconds then repeat for 20 min its high intensity and a very fast burrner , there are heaps of good articles on the net about nutritionn just gotta do a bit of research

just have meal replacements on hand
ya good idea.

I was in a similar situation, but i could control what I ate just not when.

I would have a met-rx meal replacement sometime chocolate is very very good.

Later on inbetween another meal Id keep a met-rx bar or a detour bar chopped up into little chunks in a baggie in my pocket to snack on.
