After a lot of thought ithis is my first ever cycle so all the input i get will be much welcome.
Im 33yo, 16st 5lb & ive been training on/off for years inc hard weight training for the last 2 years. i feel im at or very near to fulfilling my natural potential as i have hit a wall this year & am not gaining no matter how hard i train or much i eat. Im currently consuming 3750-4250 calories a day made up of a good ratio of protein, carbs, good fats etc....
My full cycle looks like this:
Week 1 -12 Test E (500mg)+ Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu eod
Week 1-17 aromasin or armidex not yet decided
Week 13- Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu eod
Week 14- Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu eod
Week 15- Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu eod
(PCT now starting , 3 weeks after last jab
Week 16- Nolva/Clomid + Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu eod
Week 17- Nolva/Clomid
Week 18- Nolva/Clomid
I've done a LOT of research on HCG, PCT, and Aromasin. A lot of people recommend Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at the end of the cycle to 'kick-start' the testes while it seems the same amount suggest to run it during the cycle.
As far as Aromasin goes I prefer to get as little bloat as possible. If throughout the cycle I feel I need to change the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose I will.
I will be running the Aromasin prophylactically. I have a very very small amount of puffiness under my nipples that I've had since puberty when I was really overweight.
So I'm worried about gyno issues.
i want to make some lean viable gains and strength up, but wana keep things simple as its my first time, wouldn't mind losing some extra body fat too during cycle.
