test e for a first cycle

Im considering taking test e at 500 mg/week for 8 weeks for my first cycle. Concerned with keeping the gains after my cycle, have clomid for my post cycle therapy (pct). any suggestions would be appreciated

I think 500mg/wk is a tad high. I'd go a bit lower, 300-400mg/wk. I also agree with extending it to ten weeks.

I'd incorporate Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) use during the cycle @ 250-500 iu/2x per week.

I prefer clomid to nolva. Begin two weeks after your last injection.
