test e only cycle...lil gyno issues

hey everyone, im on about week 3-4 of my first cycle (test only) and everything is great except i feel like my gyno is flaring up a little. I've had minor gyno from being stupid and taking a ph in the past but i've always had it relatively under control. i realized that i might be sensitive to it flaring up again tho so i up'd my dosage of adex to .5mg eod and have also been taking ralox at 60mg/day for awhile now. despite all of that my left nip is still a little sensitive right now and i've really gotten no success as far as gyno reduction. what does this mean? what else do i need to do? could this be prolactin related gyno? any positive criticism or input would be much appreciated thanks

Next time run raloxifene 60 mg a day from beginning of cycling to pct, and still use your AI. Or Nova at 10 mg a day.oh I just read your whole text I missed that you are already on raloxifene. Maybe up the dose.

How long have you been taking Ralox? These things take time.

This is an E2 issue. Have you taken bloods? Will you?

i should have included that but yes i did get bloods a couple weeks before i started and plan to again in a few. everything came back normal with the exception of my creatinine levels being slightly over the norm but those should be good now. my fsh was fairly low but still in the normal range. and my estradiol was 29.6 with the normal range being 7.6-42.6 pg/mL. oh and i have also been on ralox for about 5 weeks, should i get another bottle? thanks

Painful nips is a pretty good indication of gyno flaring up. That's also a pretty heavy AI dose. How much test are you taking?

Also, it's time for more bloods. It would really help to know EXACTLY where you stand. I personally have never used Ralox for gyno symptoms, so I can't speak of the timing involved for seeing improvements. With nolva, I see pain improvement in about a week, and lump shrinkage at about 3-4 weeks. That's at 20mg

You also mentioned you've been on Ralox for 5 weeks, but you are only 3-4 weeks into a test cycle. I'm confused as to what's going on.

im just taking 500mg of test per week. i started ralox a little before i started the cycle hearing here on the boards that it is even more effective than nolva at reversing gyno. i know i can't take nolva with adex simultaneously because they work against each other, right? i suppose i could get another bottle of ralox, im almost up on mine right now. is there such a thing as taking a serm too long? should i just be patient and let my adex try and do the work? i have only been taking it for about 3 weeks. i just don't understand i feel like im taking every precaution but with no success. could it be a prolactin problem maybe?

If you were taking ralox from the beginning of the cycle I'd be willing to bet the sensitivity is just from fluctuations in your hormones, it can cause itching and sensitivity but I bet it not an actual flair up, or its not serious. If you're at the end of your cycle swap to tamoxifen it raises test levels slightly better then ralox. At the end of your pct if it's still an issue then swap back to ralox until the problem is resolved. 120mg a day and working down to 60mg ed is the best dose to use ralox at for gyno removal.
