I know everyones different but how much can you expect to gain from a cirst cycle of test e. will you notice stregth gains also
 
If diet is on you should gain quite a bit for first cycle since ur receptors are clean! And yes most definitely should have very good strength increases. If u don't could be a good sign gear is bunk. Jus remember its like 80% diet

How would you define receptors being clean? i dabbled with some sauce about 15years ago, single cycles only.
 
During cycle steroids bind to receptors but dont leave right After u come off. Its a process that takes time. But yes after 14 years yours are very clean
 
Yes you will have str gains. Set a plan: Bulk or cut and set your diet routine, I have cut bf and weight, and bulked on just running test e. Cliche, all in the kitchen. If cutting, more cardio and med weights with med reps - if bulking I do less cardio and heavy low reps. Hope this helps.

Yes this helps I plan on bulking. For low reps should I aim for about 6
 
Eat 1.5 grams to 2 grams of protein per pound bodyweight spread over 6 meals a day, make sure you get enough good fats (nuts/olive oil) in there too, 6-8 reps is good. Unless you want a bodybuilders competitors body, heavy but dont go too hard to injure yourself.

Alright, right now im eating 1 g of protien per pound but i will definetly up it to atleast 1.5
