test for cutting

hi,

what would be a good cycle for cutting up? i will be only taking about 1500 calories a day, doing cardio and i want smthing that will stop any muscle loss while doing this. would sustanon at 300 or so mg a week do the job and would it be worwhile adding winstroll and at what dose? i dont really want to use orals so any suggestions welcome.
 
OKAY. im new here but I think i can answer your question quite easy. A good cycle for cutting is eat 6 times a day every 3 hours,weight train 3-4 times a week, cardio 3-4 times a week and get 8-9 hours of sleep. Eat clean no sugars and dont have carbs 3 hours before bed. if you can dont eat 3 hours before bed. might be tough but your body will eat and your bodyfat. I would also suggest since your on such a low calorie diet every 4th day have a higher calorie and higher carb intake.............man I am only 16 and I can be the first to tell you THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL........ or needle in this case (lol)


p.s. I thank the board for letting me in and be able to pick every1s brain. I dont intend on taking steriods.thats not why im here I am trying to learn the most I can about training and a sound bulking diet.
 
yep i know theres no magis pill...i know its all about dies and cardio, however when u restrict your body of calories and couple that with a lot of cardio, your body doesnt just resort to your fat stores for energy, it also resorts to hard earned muscle. so, the point of using test in this case would be to simply preserve your muscle while trying to force your body to use only fat stores for energy...my question was just to find out which steroid would best suit this purpose..
 
Right but if you rely on something to help you preserving muscle then when you go off your juice what happens then.... I dont know but if I would have to guess one option would be "a" you go back to your own ways and regain all your lost fat or "b" you dont eat enough to maintain your muscle gained on gear and you lose muscle therefor decreasing muscle to fat ratio in turn causeing and increase in body fat. I could be wrong though... i dont know anything about steriods and dont care for that matter right now anyway...Good luck to you though. and thank you for talking to me like an individual.
 
a nice dose of Test will do you just fine when cutting... what are your stats?? age, weight, height, bf%, previous cycles, etc... this will give everyone a better idea of what you can/cant, should/shouldnt be doing
 
im 6ft, 187 lbs current bodyfat is about 15%. im on my first cycle now, half way through, its sustanon , 250mg every 4 days.age 25

forget the winstrol, just keep up the Sustanon (sust) and keep rocking out the cardio and dieting... if thats is done right im sure your going to see some good results
 
sorry, i dont think i made that clear..im on Sustanon (sust) now..but it aint a cutting cycle, its a bulking...but in a couple a months time i will be cutting..so should i just run the same gear agin and change diest and add cardio? or should i use smthing else?i ask now as im purchasing cutting cycle gear now.cheers
 
Have you thought about using clenbuterol. Works great for cutting extra fat.

i like the above idea about the Clen, but I would say you can definitely use the Sustanon (sust) again... bulking or cutting is all about diet and training, you can bulk/cut on pretty much any drug
 
IMO you should get your diet down really good before you take anything because you will be able to cut much better natural than trying to minimize muscle. in a sence you would be kind of wasting money in a way. To answer your question though anything can be used to cut as long as your diet is good, but something that doesn't cause water retention will be better.

Im cutting on test and the biggest thing is giving your body constant nutrition and protein this helps maintain and build muscle while shedding body fat... eat 5 meals a day every 3-4 hours and your calories will be around 2,500-3,000.. your protein should be 250-300 grams a day, and carbs at 150 a day... most carbs should come in morning, and PWO... I totally disagree with the dont eat within 3 hrs of bed... thats dumb because your body is already going to go with no nutrients for at least 8 hours, so dont make it 3 hrs more... eat 30-60 min. before bed and make it no carbs but high in protein... I eat 170mg of tuna, and 2 hard boiled eggs before bed...also CARDIO!!!! cardio is huge for cutting fat off.. dont do intense cardio do constant remember that.. dont sprint for 10 min.. walk for 45 min, and then do some cool down exercises.. and I cant stress enough how important stretching before lifting does good for you.. cutting is hard though because you want that dominoes pizza, not that 170mg of raw tuna.. but stick with it.. garuntee in 8 weeks your very satisfied... only reason im not satisfied as much is because I realized after 9 weeks I was using fake test. E.. but i still managed to lose body fat and 33 pounds over the summer, by dieting on this diet I just said and working out everyday 4 days with weights, and 3 days with 45. min of cardio.
 
I agree on the eating a little before bed. As long as you eat the right thing. The only time I would recommend not eating before bed is for overweight people who tend to eat fast food and bad things before bed.

too bad your gear was bunk, sorry to hear that man, but good work on the 33 lbs you lost
 
I ate 4 hard boiled eggs before bed, the more fat you get before bed without the carbs the better because whatever you eat needs to digest slowly.. but ya i was pretty disappointed about my gear, I didnt get it tested or anything but after 9 weeks of test and seeing little results I figured something was up even tho it was my first cycle.. Im cutting more fat now and I plan in a month to use Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) again.
