A cutter cycle could be appropriate, say 250mg Test and maybe some Masteron... That should provide you with a good sense of well-being and you could achieve some good results with the right diet, hell even the Test alone will provide you with a good sense of well-being. IMT actually said that overweight males can benefit from a cycle of Test to cut weight on due to the effects of well-being, increased fat mobilisation and lean muscle tissue, increase glucose sensitivity etc etc all the usual benefits and it does make absolutelly logical sense especially if the patient has low t in the first place.
560ng/dl isn't low, it could be optimised with say a very low dose AI which would lower SHBG and e2 therefore increase your total and free test levels. Something like 3mg Aromasin per day would be a good choice... I have read people having positive results with this and would save the hassle of PCT, inecting and all the type cons of cycling. It would be much easier and cost effective in your situation. What was your e2 level like anyway? If it was a little on the high end which I assume it may be if you are trying to loose weight (more fat = more aromatase = more test getting converted to e2) then this would probably be the best option. Aromasin will not affect your lipids like Adex, will not lower IGF-1 (IIRC it may actually increase it however that could be due to the increased testosterone) and has androgenic properties on bone (a metabolite of it does this).
You would have to get it in liquid form, RUI products stock it, as you won't be able to dose the tabs that low and you may not even be able to get access to tabs. At 3mg ED it would last you quite some time, ~6 months of the top of my head.
The best advice I can give you is to contact 3J here. He has worked with a lot of guys to get their diet and training straightened away.
Whatever your choose, (I'd go with the low dose Aromasin @ 3mg per day and see how that goes and get bloodwork to see where it put's you) definitely look into 3J as well. You should be quite impressed.
