Test-P + Anavar... Critique my cycle

Hi,

I'm 26 yo, 6'2.5 tall, weight 205 lbs, BF 17%. I have been lifting since I was 16 years old on/off - a total of 5 years and currently I have been going for being going on for 1.5 years.
1.5 years ago my weight was 180 lbs, with a BF around 14%...

Anyways, a little while ago I decided go get some "help", mostly because I'm a little impatient - before you know it summer is here.
I began an Anavar only cycle, 60 mg. ED. After two weeks (no sides at all, no decrease in libido), I though decided to abort the cycle - the more I read, I got convinced that a) it should be run with a test base and b) I would probably see no noticeable results, although my strength seemed to increase fast. Now I'm doing two weeks of Nolva PCT 10 mg. ED.

First question... Two weeks anavar at 60 mg. ED, will two weeks of Nolva @ 10 mg. ED be fine?

My plan is to start a cycle at April 1st. - until then my main objective lower my BF to 12-14%.
The cycle I'm considering looks like this:

Cycle (weeks):

1-8 Test-P 70mg. ED
1-8 Anavar 80 mg. ED
2-8 Nolvadex 20mg. EOD
2-8 HCG 250iu E3D + 670 mg. Vitamin-E
2-8 Aramidex 0.5 mg. EOD

PCT (days, starting on last day with test injection):

1-6 HCG 2000iu EOD
2-31 Clomid 100 mg. (split AM / PM)
2-46 Nolvadex 20 mg. ED

Everyday supplementaries:
ZMA + Maca + Liv52

My objectives are to gain somewhere between 6.5 and 9 lbs within the first 4 weeks of the cycle (sort of a speed bulk, 4000 kcals per day), and then in the last 4 weeks of the cycle, do some intense cutting (2300 kcals per day). I can drop BF very quickly, however doing so without any cycle also causes me to quickly loose mass... Starting PCT, my diet will be at maintenance calories (3100 cals per day). Ofcourse, always high protein intake (usually around 270 gr. per day).

I know that Adex and Nolva on cycle will minimize gains, however as you can see my objectives are not huge gains (just some quality muscle and a lower BF), and I want to minimize sides as much as possible.

What do you guys think of the cycle?

Are my objectives realistic?
 
1. Run the nolva at 40/40/20/20 (four weeks) to be safe. Only way to be sure afterwards is to get bloodwork done 6-8 weeks post PCT.
2. You have the right idea, cutting to 12% before you cycle again.
3. Your proposed cycle is too short for a multi-pronged objective like that.
4a. Advice section (my own opinion stuff): Finish your PCT and eat at maintenance.
4b. Stop being impatient. Quality muscle/physique/intellect/relationships take time.
5. Post-PCT, cut to 12% BF. Work on learning everything you can about diet / how your body reacts to inputs (food / training etc)
6. You'll be around 175-185lbs with your current LBM at 12%ish BF (guessing, but I'm usually not too far off) Natural bulk to 195-200 AT LEAST.
7. At 195 lean (preferably 210+) you're in a much better position to consider a cycle. Something like 12 weeks of 500mg/wk test and a proper diet/training regime would push you to 210-220, still sub 14% BF - closer to 10-12% if you have everything dialed.
