As I had posted before I found this forum while searching for answers on the shitty symptoms Ive been feeling for the past few years which have worsened now. I discovered what low testosterone can do and it all came together cause I have ALL the symptoms, except losing height, which I have not noticed.
Im 32 about 200 lb..5'9 if this helps, I got the basic female hormone panel done from privatemedlabs, I didn't realize it didn't include free test results.
But as for the main ones if it helps these are it:
Testosterone serum 402 Estradiol 31.2
I was sure my results would be closer to 300 from everything Ive read and how bad I feel some days...I had told my self if they were anything above 450 I would leave it alone and continue with life for now. But they are 402, somewhere in between.
How normal is this? Should testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) even be a thought in my head at my age and levels? Or should I just search some other test boosting methods, to get that extra little feel good kick once in a while?
But yeah most of all, I know while my levels are not normal they are common, has anyone else had these levels around this age and benefited from treatment? Would you recommend?
thanks in advance, just a bit confused right now.
