test suspension cycle help!

Need cycle help!! i am a a newbie to the thread so hope i dont look stupid stats are 5,8 weight 168lbs and 8% bf. I just started test e 900 mgs a week and liquid drol 50mgs every day been on about a week and a half now, its just now starting to kick in but i just got some test suspension and started shooting it 50mgs a day 2x25mg shots. I plan to run it for a while not sure how long yet 4-6wks.But every body i talk to says u bearly keep any gains off the suspension im hoping that the test e will help me keep most of it just wanting some insite on what yall think i could do to help keep most my gains. all thought are helpful thanks!
 
I am currently going through like 3lbs of chicken a day and no carbs after 3pm along with 3-4 protein shakes i have hit plenty of gear before i was super skinny when i starterd at 118lbs... my first cycle was great gained 28 pounds. i loved it but my next one i didnt diet good at all hardley made any gains and kept cycleing after that without cycleing off it was stupid then i finally took a break and started back up 4 months later and had another great cycle all because of diet...its just now in the past year that ive realized thats was where all your gains come from but im wanting to get up to 200 pounds by the end of the year and i think its reachable with my diet the way it is.. just looking to keep as many of the gains as possible...

your only eating that much because you started a cycle . why didnt you eat right before and what in the hell makes you think you will continue to eat right after the cycle is over ?

the bigger you get the more food will be required , running a cycle and eating right during the cylce and then going back to your old ways after the cycle is over is a waste of time.
 
I have been eating like that for the past three months without any gear.. and gained abut 8 pounds natty.thats why i was saying i just realized the past year that diet is key. so once i got a good diet plan down i started to hit gear again about two weeks ago... Im 23 yrs old.

Dude no offense but damn your small...i was around 175lb when i was 17yr old.

Is this your first cycle?
How long have you been hitting the iron?

nah its all good man none taken i know im small lol but like i wanna get real big... but everything takes time i have come a long way though. No this is about my 5th cycle now i have hit quite a few combos in the past but like i said before my diet was shit so didnt grow a whole lot on some of them. umm i have been training for about four years now.. but to be honest my training wasnt all that great at first about my third year i started really getting a good workout routine goin for me so that had alot to do with it. my diet just became sufficient this year and that had most to do with it but i went from 118 to where im at now a huge gain for me and i did that in about a year and a half could have done it alot sooner if my diet was right.. but goals on this cycle is to get too around 200 lbs that would be incredible.. im already strong and my stregnth is out the roof right now cause the suspension or drol one proly just the mixture. Anyways thanks for the reply!
 
its actually nothing set i just start on sunday with arms then legs then shoulders/traps then back and then chest and i dont hardly ever rest i just constantly repeat that but if im ever sore ill take a day in between...but so far i have had much success with it but i change it around every 8th week to arms then legs then rest then chest/shoulders then back and traps... so far i have hit each of these twice like 8 weeks of the first one then 8 of this one and etc..
