trt dose help needed
I'm 40 and have many of the symptoms of low t, low energy, very low libido, anxiety, irritability and mental fog. Five years ago I asked my gp about it and had loads of blood tests. So many I can't remember now, including thyroid and testosterone and everything is in the normal range. Total t was 19 nmol/L (range 8 - 36). I was very surprised, I thought it would be the lowest level ever measured. I saw an endo as well but he said everything was normal. After doing loads of reading on the internet I decided to try taking test cyp myself and started 5 months ago. I started at 100mg every week and 0.5 mg of arimidex twice a week. After 4 or 5 weeks there was a huge increase in libido and women look amazing now
. I took Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for about 5 weeks (250iu twice a week) but it's too expensive to keep taking at the moment. I don't think anything else has changed though and energy is still the same, so after 3 months at 100 I increased it so 120. Now don't know whether to increase the dose again, or by how much or for how long. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I've been exercising regularly and for the last four weeks done some free weights.
