Testosterone replacement therapy with NEBIDO

Hello,
Wondering if TRT with nebido is a good option. The docs here recommend injection every 8-12 weeks.
Does anyone have experience?

Thanks!

It's commonly used in much of the world. But it isn't popular in the USA. I would personally want to inject it more often than every 8-12 weeks.

Yes i know but thats not an option in Sweden neither is self inject nebido. Is it harder to inject nebido than other testosterones? They told me that it is a hard injection on the ass deep in the muscle that takes more than 2 min.
My Q is mostly if its worth it for me Im 23 years old and have been diagnosed with quite low for my age testosterone when i was 21. Am i going to see benefits from it or is it better sto stay with my low 11-14 mol/L testosterone?

Had low testosterone before i cycled a testosterone P 450mg 12 weeks.
I felt like human again on test now im back as i were before. Im considering TRT but the legal way here is Nebido without hcg.
I can find good testosterone E and pharmaceutical grade HCG and get blood works done every 4-6 months, but thats the illegal way.

There is nothing difficult about the injection, other than it is 4ml which is quite large. Like Mega said it would be far better to inject 1ml every 2 weeks than 4 ml's every 8. The half life for undecanoate is somewhere around 21 days. Nebido claims a far longer one because they use castor oil, which is supposed to slow down the absorption.

It sucks that a patent protected solution is the only thing you can get, it is expensive. Generic testosterone is super cheap and widely available, but I guess your medical system suffers the same influence from pharma that ours does.

Both are good. It's like asking if you should run a cycle with Test E or P.

Without knowing your health history and blood work results, we can't give you advice about going on TRT.

If you are thinking of Nebido, here's a post I put in the TRT section.

It's basically Test U mixed in castor oil, which is supposed to slow down the release to give the 3 month shot frequency. 4ml's every 3 months.

4 ml's contains 631.5mg testosterone base. Assume every three months = four times per year. 52 weeks / 4 times per year = 13 weeks per shot

631.5 mg / 13 weeks = 48.6 mg/wk testosterone base

If you were doing Test Enanthate that is equivalent to 48.6 / 72% test by weight = 67.5 mg/wk Test E. If Test C it would be 69.5 mg/wk equivalent.

In either case getting the equivalent of 70 mg/wk Test E is a shitty low dose per week, and given the 3 months shot interval there is a very good chance you'll spend a good while of that pretty low.

I'm not a fan of Nebido because it's really just an attempt to patent protect an otherwise generic medicine. Generic testosterone enanthate is cheap and widely available. Tell your doc to put you on 100 mg/wk Test E shot at least once per week. Far better and cheaper option.
