Alright fellas, its been a while since I have been active on here for my own personal reasons but I'm back. I felt the need to give a thank you to all the guys on here who helped me gather information a little less than a year ago in regards to my first Test E cycle. I had some really knowledgeable guys give me some great advice, I'm not sure if these guys are still active, but if you see this, thank you.
As far as an update, I did run a Test E cycle using Pinn before he split. It went awesome guys.
I started off at about 186 pounds, and ended up at about 217 pounds. Ran test for 10 weeks, 500 mg split into 2 shots. Bench went up significantly, about 70 pounds. Added a lot on to my squat, and about 50 pounds on to my deadlift. Military press drastically improved, however, I have since struggled keeping my results on that lift :/. I used proper pct and recovered nicely, retaining a lot of my gains.
I havent touched anything since November, but I just placed an order for some gear for a nice summer cut. I've switched my eating and now weigh about 210 pounds at 5'10 and around 15% body fat.
I plan on just running more test because of how well it worked, just going to change the routine with some more cardio and reduce my calories from about 3300 to 2900. I ordered from a sponsor on here who seems to be pretty popular, so when I receive the goods, ill be sure to let you guys know.
