The best PCT for someone gyno prone and using Epistane..

Hello,

What would be the best mid cycle and post cycle therapy be for someone prone to gyno, on a 6 week 30mg ed Epistane cycle, That would ensure keeping maximum gains with no problems??

All advice welcomed!

Although i am no expert by anymeans.
and i could be wrong.
i would just drop it to 4 weeks.
run some HCGenerate with your ON cycle, with a liver support.

as for PCT, can't go wrong with Forma stanozol.

I used Forma, as part of my PCT, and liked it alot.
No Gyno, not even sensitive nipps

What is your current PCT?

Epistane is heralded for "helping gyno" but also it has caused gyno in people later after a cycle.

Really any kind of estrogen management you do if you are prone you have to make sure you slowly ween off of it. For Epi just a normal Serm(though I always say Clomid) should do the trick, and on cycle you should not have any real gyno issues.

I've done considerable reading but no one can give a straight answer. I was going to keep it safe and use Nolva ona 4 week post cycle therapy (pct) starting the day of the last Epi cap. I was looking at running 40/40/20/20.
If I start getting ichy tender nips during the cycle, should I hit some letro, or should I put up with it unless and actual lump pops up?

Once they are itchy, it means your having issues. You want to PREVENT lumps, not wait until it gets to that point. Remember though something like letro is a powerful, powerful AI.

Mate, I got itchy and tender after tribulus and prime together so im sure I'll def get it with a PH...

Yes, I've read up on letro. Again, its a chemical that everyone has a dif opinion on.. Have you used it? If so what would your recommended dose be?
