The Munchies!!!!

this past week i have been really bad about keeping my diet clean (icecream, crackers, chips etc...) i know i know... *sigh* :(

what do you guys munch on between meals? what are some good suggestions?
 
Drink as much water as possible
(actually as we speak im getting really bad munchies lol)

Sugar free jello works ok
I like a big spoon of natty pb sometimes
coffee is great too as it is good for supressing apetite
green tea, herbal teas and even regular tea

That's what i do anyway
 
pb i can do (not natty, but smuckers: peanuts, dextrose, veggie oil and salt)
no jello here, no tea either... coffe i can do, but i cant stand it black, so i gotta add a little skim milk and 2 packs of sugar or equal..

for now im kinda on the mock cutting diet (being deployed) when i get backill have about 2 weeks free time where i eat everything in sight... dam i miss some good japanese food!! then ill go back to dieting right again, maybe bulk for a couple months, then cut again...

I mean one night i drove to pathmark and ate 20 dollars in chips, ice cream, and donuts, and candy...

Anyways the next day i weighed 13 lbs more then the morning before...
 
Eat some pork rhines,pickles,sugar free jello,nuts,nat. peanut butter. Theres a couple, just stay strong and fight the cravings.

I like those little quaker rice cakes. (the minis that you can buy in all sorts of different flavors) The only thing is, that it's hard to stop from eating the whole bag!
I also find that Diet Vanilla Coke really helps if I have a sweet tooth. :D
 
Take a piece of your favorite bread, slap on some natty pb and some frozen cool whip lite, fold it up and inhale
thats for when I crave something sweet, not bad especially if you get seven grain light bread.
 
oh and I just found this cottage cheese yesterday, apple & raisin flavor! I bought 4 of them, after I ate the first I realized I didnt get nearly enough

ive been munching on peanuts, pistachio's and cinnomon Trident gum this past week... and i gained 2 pounds!! whats the deal man! im trying to cut here... started cardio, t3 and im not losing shit!
