Hey peops. just a bit of info for ya, being a "science" person, I'll tell ya now that first of all taking it with milk does nto slow the digestion process down, it'll digest just as fast with milk, juice water...and water is probabyl your best bet. In terms of the why at night, i just choose not to take it cause well yeh people think that it is needed for the repair process but at night when u're metabolism drops waaaaaaayyy down, what u're doing is converting that protein to fat storage as well since you're main energy supply has been depleted...the best time to take it is early in the morning. That way the % absorption and conversion to "rebuilding" protein is higher ad it's not "wasted".
