The road to 10%

As of today I start on my journey to 10% and under. Hope to do this by 7 Sept.

Currently weighing 220lbs at around 15-16% :( yes I am a fat F**k

Starting AS cycle this week, which I am using as a LBM cycle before trying a cutting cycle.

Diet is pretty clean, consisting of around 2800Kcals, 300g Prot, 250g Carbs, and 70g Fat.

Monday 31st March - Day 1

Supplements: 1 Anapolon, 1ml Test Enth, 1ml EQ, 3 Multi Vits, 100mg Glucosamine

Diet: Good, got all my ratios.

Training: Shoulders - day off work so I always tend to feel lethargic,

DB Press 95 x 5,5
BND Neck 245 x 6,5 - did 8 reps last week easy :(
Laterals 3 sets of 10
Rears 3 sets of 10

Comment: First day, so nothing spectacular. Bit of a crappy workout!!
 
Tuesday 2nd April

Supplements: 1 Anapolon, 10g Glutamine, 3 Multi Vits, 1000mg Glucosamine

Diet: Great eat all my meals exactly as planned

Training: Back

Pulldowns x 3 - Used as a warm up
Deadlifts 405 x 8,6 - Good hard sets, forearms were killing me
Chins 2 sets of 8 with BW
Bentover Rows 250 x 8 - Only managed one set, need to get 2 next week
Cable Pullovers x 3 - Really good stretch and get a good pump in my lower lats

Comment: Pretty good session. Forearms seem to get really pumped even though I use straps
 
Wednesday 3rd April

Supplements: 3 Multi Vits, 1 Anapolon, 1ml Test Enth, 1ml EQ

Diet: OK, slept in so missed my first two meals

Training: Day off weight training did a cardio session and some calves

X Trainer: 10 mins - 50Kcal
Treadmill: 10 mins - 150Kcal
Bike: 10 Mins - 50kcal

Mixed it up a little bit as cardio bores me to tears, used x trainer as a warm up, ran quite quickly on treadmill and did a few set of bike sprints to finish off on bike.

Comments: Pretty good cardio session, will start to do cardio AM from now on :D
 
Thursday 3rd April

Supplements: 60mg Ephedrine, 1 Anapolon, 100mg Glucosamine, 3 Multi Vits

Diet: Ok, probably ate a little under 2800kcals.

Training: Legs

Squat 315 x 6,6 - These felt quite hard :(
Leg Press 12 plates x 10
14 plates x 8
16 plates x 8 - These were OK

Hacks 225 x 10,10,10 - Kept these light and experimented with my feet placement (Feet together 1 set, Normal next and pointed out on last)

Leg extensions (1 leg) x 3 sets

Leg Curls 2 light sets of 12
2 Heavy sets of 6

Comments: OK session, trained with an old training partner......forgot how much he talked when training....glad im away from that now :bash:
 
Been off work for a week so away from a PC :(

Training went well for the week, diet was pretty crappy as my sleep pattern's were all out of whack so getting in my meals was hard. Too much PS2 time :D Up around 2-3lbs, think the Anaps that I had were fake as I didn't get anything from them :mad:

Started taking D'bol (the 10mg Heart shaped ones) last week. Starting to feel the effects of the gear towards the end of last week, I'm like a dog with 2 dicks :D Doesn't help with me working on the doors all weekend seeing scantily clad young women :doggy:

Monday 14th April

Supplements: 1ml Test Enth, 1ml EQ, 30mg D'bol, Multi Vits, 1000mg Glucosamine

Diet: Pretty good. Just a little under 2800kcals

Training: Back

Pulldowns - Used as a warm up, Top 2 sets with stack
Deadlifts 420 x 6, 405 x 6
Chins 2 sets of 6 with BW - Forearms knackeredfrom Deads
Bentover Rows 240 x 8,8 - Up wgt next week
One Arm Machine Rows 135 x 8,8 - Up wgt next week
Cable pullovers x 3 - Getting to really like the feel of these

Comments: Good session, moved back to a Monday (instead of Tuesday) as my lower back seems to take longer to recover. So I should be OK to Squat on Thursday :D
 
bro your experiencing the dreaded lower back pump from dbol , but dont worry it gets worse lol

Tuesday 15th April

Supplements: 30mg D'bol

Diet: Good, pretty much smack on.

Training: Shoulders & Tri

Dumbell Press 95 x 6 - Only managed 1 set at this weight. Get 2 NW
BND Neck Press 220 x 7,7 - Keep this weight for 1 more week
Laterals 40 x 10,8 - 2nd set was hard
Rears 30 x 10,10
Dumbell Shrugs 100 x 10,10 - Kept these light and did them slow
Pushdowns 3 sets to warm up
Close Grip BP 175 x 10,10 - Easy, up wgt
One arm Dumb Ext 30 x 10,10

Comment: OK session, struggled a little on 1st 2 exercises
 
the time i got brave / stupid and ran dbol at 40 mg per day for 8 weeks i got to the point that i had to lay down between sets in squat day and deadlift day , man you really get some funny ass looks when you weigh about 300 and your lifting the equivilant of compact cars but then after you rack the weight you fall to the flloor and lay there forever before you can get up :D makes the little old ladys really shake their heads
 
Thursday 17th April - Day 18

Supplements: 30mg D'Bol, 60mg Ephedrine

Diet: Good

Training: Legs

Leg Press 14 Plates x 10
16 Plates x 10
18 Plates x 10 - Really pleased with this set.

Hack Squats 275 x 10,10,10 - Felt really good, up wgt. Used different feet placings

1 Leg Extensions x 3sets

Seated Leg Curl x 3 sets

Lying Leg Curls 3sets of 6 reps

Comments: Best leg session for ages. Was really pleased
 
Friday 18th April - Day 19

Supplements: 2ml EQ, 2ml Test Enth, 30mg D'bol. (Had to double up as I missed shot on Wednesday :mad:

Diet: OK, not enough calories as I got up later

Training: Cardio AM: 35 mins - Chest & Bi's

Bench Press 265 x 6,6 - Good hard sets

Inc Dumb Press 100 x 8,8 - Keep 1 more week, hard

Flyes 55 x 10,10 - Up wgt

Dips BW + 45 x 10,10 - Keep wgt 1 more week

X-Overs x 2 - Good pump

Barbell Curls 90 x 8,8

Hammer Curls 45 x 10,10

1 Arm Preacher Curls x 3

Comments: Pretty Good session. Weighed in at 224lbs which is around 4lbs up :( . Not really that impresive but I can see that I have definetly lost bodyfat which is good.
 
A little change in my cycle. I was going to run 1ml EQ and 1ml Test Enth EOD, but I find it a pain in the arse (literally) So now I am going to cycle like this:

Week 4 - 10 Test Enth 750mg
Week 4 - 10 EQ 300mg (My EQ is Ganabol and is only 50mg/ml -so I need to take 2ml 3 times a week)
Week 4 - 5 40mg D'bol
Week 10 - 12 Test Prop 400mg
Week 10-12 Either Trenbolone Enth or Winstrol (winny) not sure yet - What do you guys think??

Then Clomid etc. Dropped my nolva, been using it as I was paranoid about Gyno as I still got a little from when I went through puberty
:( I will use it when I need to now. Anyone think I shoud use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in there, never used it b4??

since your prone to gyno id definately add the nolvadex to the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) if you decided to use it , this cycle is a little haphazard bro you should start your longer esters like eq and test enth at the very start ditto on the dbol and long esters should be run 10-12 weeks
 
Yes sorry for the confusion bro, I did start the Test Enth and EQ from week 1. Week 4 is where I am at now!! B'bol started in week 2 after 1 week of Anapolon ( which I think were fake :( )

What do you think about using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and how much and when??

Diet: OK, nothing great though

Training: Shoulders & Tri's

Dumbell Press 95 x 6,5 - Good hard sets

BND Neck Press 220 x 8,8 - Up wgt by 5lbs

Laterals 35 x 10,10

Rears 35 x 10,10

Shrugs (Dumbell) 135 x 10,10

Pushdowns - Warm Up

Close Grip BP (Smith) 200 x 8,8 -These hurt my wrists

1 Arm Dumb Ext 25 x 10,10 - Up wgt

Rope Pushdowns x 3 - Good contraction
 
Thursday 24 April - Day 25 - Cycle Week 4

Supplements: 3 Multi Vits - 1000mg Glucosamine - 40mg D'bol, 2ml EQ, 1ml Test Enth

Diet: Not good :(

Training: Legs

Squat 315 x 8
330 x 6 - Try for 2 sets

Hacks 90 x 10
180 x 10
270 x10
90 x 30 - Used this as burn out set :)

1 Leg Extensions x 3

Seated Leg Curls x 3

Lying Leg Curl x 3
 
Friday 25 April - Day 26 - Cycle Week 4

Supplements: 3 Multi Vits - 1000mg Glucosamine - 40mg D'bol, 20mg Nolva

Diet: Not great, really need to be a lot stricter :(

Training: Chest & Bi's

Bench Press 280 x 6,6 - Keep this wgt

Inc Dumbell Press 100 x 8 - Get 2 sets at this wgt

Inc Flyes 60 x 10,10

Dips BW + 45 x 10,10 - Up wgt

Barbell Curls 90 x 8
100 x 6 - Try for 2 sets at this wgt

Hammers Curl 40 x 10,10

Inc Curls x 3


Comments: Pretty Good session.
 
End of Week 25/4/03 - Cycle Week 4

Weight: 224.5 (up 1 lb from last week, but weighed later than usual and had been working in the garden for a couple of hours)

Training: Good, all sessions were balls to the wall

Cardio: Only 1 session, need to get more in

Diet: Crap, very unorganised need to be more disciplined

Overall: I think that I have put on a little bit of BF this week, need to start being stricter with diet and cardio (which I do find hard :mad: ) Pain in right shoulder end part of the week, keep an eye on that
 
Monday April 28th - Day 29 - Week 5

Supposed to do Back but felt too tired. Went out clubbing over the weekend so was really wrecked :sleep2: Last time I'm going out for a while
