For those who are familiar with Dr. Sears' Zone Diet, have any of you used this eating plan during a cycle? I currently have seen great results eating this way since March. I have become much leaner and my strength has definitely improved as well as my physical performance in workouts like 10 minutes of kettlebell snatches or 2000 meter rows.
That being said, I currently stick to 15 Blocks a day with about 2x or 3x the Fat Blocks depending on how I'm feeling. My question is if I plan on running a simple test E 500mg/wk cycle should I increase my blocks to say 20 a week? Of course, I know that when on a cycle the common belief is "eat everything in sight and try to keep it clean." But the results I have achieved in such a short time by following the Zone Diet with no supplements of any kind are too great to ignore.
Again, I'll restate my main questions:
Has anyone used the Zone Diet while on a cycle and how did you adjust your block intake?
I will most likely begin by increasing my blocks to 18 a week and adjust from there but anyone's experience would be great to hear.
Thank you!
