This a good Diet?

This diet is for bulking up.

Meal 1 - Oatmeal with scoop of Whey Protein
Cup of Nuts
8oz of Whole Milk

Meal 2 - (2) Peanut Butter Sandwhiches
8oz Whole Milk

Meal 3 - Shake

Meal 4 - Steak
Cottage Cheese
Bottle Water

Meal 5 - Chicken Pasta
Bottle Water

Meal 6 - Shake

Besides those bottle waters I eat at meals I am also going to drink more water throughout the day and try to get drink a gallon of water per day.

Here's the Shake:

2 cups milk(whatever fat content you want)
1 banana
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tbs pb
1 cup oatmeal
1-2 tbs flax

I was wondering if I should add a scoop of Whey Protein to this or if that would just be too much.
