heres how we do it:

to start off with, my rep power on this site is practiclly zero, because i do not have the time to come here. i wrote this, because i just couldnt take the aweful cycles that some people post, which ihave read today. i DO NOT credit any bodybuilder on here unless he competes, with good rankings.

my location, and name will be anonymous. you do not need to know who i am. but heres my status, and put in mind, in relation to my height, and weight.

status: competitive bodybuilder. going international next year.

height: 5'5"
weight: 70 kiloes, 160lb. (when shreaded to contest weight; around 3% bf.)
arms: 17 in.
thighs: 26 - 27 in. ( in contest, its usually cut down to 26 in)
waste: 28 to 29 in. (in contest its usually 27 - 28 in.)
chest: 47 in.

i do not care if you do or do not use this, this is only a helping hand, take it, or leave it.

now. you want to transform? if you got the cash, and u want to be healthy, and rid off the testosterone side effects, especially what they dont mention here, on the liver and kidneys. and cholesterol. heres how you do it.

Growth hormone, and primobolan.

first week: 4i.u./day

second to 4th week: 8 i.u./day

5th to 10th week: switch to genotropin (16 i.u) deviding them into four times. 8 i.u. per day (4 in the morning or pre work out, and 4 before bed time), and the other 8 i.u, the next day. (genotropin's active life is 2 days);

8.i.u./day + the pyramidal cycle of primobolan:
100 mg/week first week
200 mg/week second week
300 mg/week third week
200 mg/week fourth
100 mg/week fifth

you do this...and you watch yourself transform.

for the post cycle therapy (pct). simple nolvodex is good. if you wanna be extra careful, add HCG. and please, liv52 through the whole process, omega 3 vitamins, D and E as well; ur liver is important!! regular tests, every 2 weeks, to monitor everything. and before starting GH, test you levels first.

you may switch the primobolan with deca durabolin, or parabolan. depending on if you wanna bulk ot cut. adding dianabol is an OKAY to. but please. for your health, and the sake of your physique. stay away from the propanate and eth, and the anadrol, and all that.

if you are over 85 to 90 kiloes. you WILL have to use insulin IGF-1, and maybe T-3 or T-4.

side effetcs of Gh include: decreasing your life span. enlargement of your instines. this however only occures after long term use. use of IGF-1 may result in diabetes. even GH.

So sad...

Embarassing to read....err Test isn't bad for the liver and kidneys....but regardless you then go on to recomemnd dbol which is all the Test side effects times 2.
 
very nice cycle....my arms are over 17 inches so i think i'll stick to what i'm doing.

Honestly....besides the primo cycle being too short (and it seems like low dosages) I really don't see a big problem with this cycle. I'm glad you got such fantastic results with it. GH and primo is both good shit IMO.

I disagree with the insulin use. And why do you say someone oever 85 kilos HAS to use insulin anyways. Your logic behind this.........

MM uses the search tool first off.
And second off she's been around long enough reading the same questions with the same answere so why cant she comment. She comments with more sence with no cycle history then most guys with cycle history. And I don;t think that point can be argued just read (Can EQ be stacked by itself??) this guy has a cycle history if you want to call it that. Lol Just fuckin around with you skarhead it's in my blood to always defend the little ladies.

Who the hell cares. I know my stuff and that's what counts. Lots of guys on here give advice on compounds they've never used before. You don't need to have actually done something to know something about it. Doctors always tell people not to smoke......Alot of them have never tried smoking.

I see people give competition advice without ever having competed, training advice on programs they've never tried, nutritional advice when they themselves eat like shit, etc.

This is a discussion board and I'm allowed to be part of the discussion regardless.
