anyway, i got them in the mail today. there was a pack of the meal replacement (Intake Performance) shake w/ 45g of protein and a small pack of LeanFire diet/energy pills. haha, didnt figure i would ever see that stuff.

woah man, i tried that Intake Performance as a protein shake since is does have 45g protein earlier and man that is some thick shit. You just about have to eat it with a spoon like pudding.

on a side note, it also tastes like pudding and is very tasty when mixed with milk. i used the smooth chocolate sample pack.
