Throwing up in the mornings and toward the night.

Been running 500 Test E for 7 weeks. Changed from bulk to cut for the remainder of the weeks.

Been dropping a good 2+ lbs a week and taking at least 240g Prot in the 3000 calories.

Not sure why, but Every morning I think about food (when I should be starving) and I just throw up or gag a ton.

I do consume most of my cals of protein toward the night. I'd say like: 200g of it before I sleep. So I was wondering maybe it's still digesting and making me feel full? But when I actually did throw up in the morning nothing came out.

This is starting to worry me, any ideas?

Why would you be consuming that much protein before bed. Are you afraid that the catabolic nightmare demons will get you? Seriously, just cut back the intake before bedtime. That will likely solve your problems bud.

It's not that. I'm doing a speed cut, so trying to lose weight as fat as possible to get really lean before cycle ends. Hoping the test will preserve the muscle that I have during this super rapid cut, but I'm taking in the food before sleep cause it's just tought to get in earlier. Do u really think thats the problem too? If that was the case, wouldn't I be upchucking protein in the morning?

Edit: If u burn protein as fuel during a cut and drink not too much water, is this most likely the issue? I prob take like 50g before my workout in a shake, 3 eggs, lots of oats. then work out, then come home eat remainder of meals and sleep.

I know that if you are consuming loads protein you will need sufficient water because protein is taxing on the kidneys. I think that that nighttime eating is getting you sick my friend. I eat about 50 grams of protein 30 minutes before bed. If I doubled that I know that I would not feel too good. Just try to space out your meals throughout the day and don't cram all your macros in at night.

It s comes back to being patient and a speed cut is sure to tough...both bulking and cutting are much more efficient if proper time is given for either to happen. I see it all the time. THe younger guy s especially this new generation want s everything now. It s not a cpu or hard drive my man. It s your body and you got to realize that regular re comp is hard enough..so we take aas.

My advice is to be patient and realize you got lot s of time.

If your cutting,, I'm guessing you are on a low carb diet,, try getting most your protein and fats at the beginning of the day,, and the little bit of carbs that you consume coming in post work out in the evening..

eat less as well,, your eating plenty enough grams of protein and taking AAS to stay anabolic, so your not gonna loose muscle,, your probably just eating to much as well if your waking up gagging when thinking about food,, just tone it down and also don't eat so much per meal.

Congratulations!

You're pregnant! :wiggle:

If you're pushing your deficit too far, you will feel sick in the morning when your liver stops providing your source of glucose.

Ain't it the truth. This journey has taught me the meaning of patience. Its a slow marathon not a sprint. But man it was worth the wait.
